Don’t panic! We come to you, wherever you are, at home, work, or school drop-off, if you have your device on you then our trust technicians will be there to help you fix it with our “we come to you” services.
Repair timeframes depend on what the issue with the device is, whether we have the parts in stocks, or whether we have to order them into our workshop, and how extensive the damage is. We will always keep you up to date every step of the way and let you know how long it will be. Our aim is always ASAP!
If the laptop is on, turn it off safely as soon as you are able to. Then leave it alone and call us, we will talk through the process to help you get your laptop back up and running without hopefully loosing data.
We always say to check the obvious first: is the power cable connected properly? Are other devices on the power bar or same socket functioning and showing power? If they are not, you will need to make adjustments, try connecting the computer to another socket or power cable. If you can hear that the computer is turned on and can see lights flashing/flickering, but there is no display, then check that your monitor is not at fault. Otherwise, if the computer is completely dead after making noted checks, then the power supply within the computer may need to be replaced to restore functionality.
